- The prize will be allocated in a random order.
- The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- Please keep the email receipt or allocated number as proof of purchase.
- Where The Sandcastle Trust is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for seven days following our first attempt to notify the prize-winner, we may apply the prize as we see fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.
- Where a prize-winner is unable to claim a prize due to geographical location, with their permission, we will re-draw a winner for that prize. In agreeing to this, the original prize-winner will forfeit the prize and will not be offered an alternative.
